WHAT IS THE FLARE/BELL BOTTOM JEAN TREND?

The flare/bell bottom jean style originally came up in the 70s disco era. Then it popped back up in the 90s when I was in junior high. I remembered they were my favorite jean style ever even that the extreme super flares with the swirl down the side. Yes JNCO jeans was one of the popular brands of the 90s for the super wide leg and flare jeans.

Now in 2019, they have returned and they are super cute! These jeans are fitted to the knee with an big flare from the knee down. You can find these jeans in many colors but mainly in blue denim, black and white.

HOW TO STYLE FLARE/BELL BOTTOM JEANS

When comes to styling your super flare jeans, the most important thing to remember is balance. Since you have an extreme bottom, your top should not be extreme as well or else it is just a bit too much. Keep your top simple is key. A nice fuzzy sweater how I style it is great way to style it this fall with some cute booties or heels.

A long sleeve blouse with a slight bell sleeve is fine too. This blouse that I am wearing is actually a bodysuit and comes in multiple colors. Though the sleeves are bell, it is not extreme where it clashes.
